Crossfit is the most addictive methodology of fitness I've ever encountered.  It's also terribly misunderstood.

I'll admit, I'm addicted.  I dove in immediately after my first taste, did a few local comps, and also coached classes for a few years.  I try to visit Crossfit gyms wherever we are in the world because they always come with the most welcoming community.

Nick began doing Crossfit with me as well.  He quickly made huge progress in his strength and endurance, and gained the ability to do things we never thought would be possible after his accident, like climb a 15 foot rope or deadlift 200 pounds!
